1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoJobInformation.com (the "Platform"), including any job listings, business directory, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all provisions, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by GoJobInformation Technologies (India) and provides a free search portal for employment, local businesses, and services across India.

2. Platform Services Overview

GoJobInformation acts as a passive conduit for job postings, business profiles, and service listings. We offer:

• Job Board: Employers post vacancies, job seekers apply directly. Over 160,000 daily applications are processed through third-party integrations.
• Business Owners Directory: Verified and unverified listings of local businesses across categories like security, electricians, catering, textile, event management, and more.
• Ad Campaigns: Paid promotional space for businesses and recruiters with special launch pricing starting at ₹1.

We do not guarantee interview, employment, or any business transaction resulting from platform interactions. All salaries mentioned (e.g., ₹4,00,000 P.A., ₹15,000 P.A.) are as provided by employers and not verified by GoJobInformation.

3. User Accounts & Business Listings

To post a job or list a business, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Business listings (free or premium) are subject to review within 24 hours. Free listings remain visible for 3 months, while premium listings get priority placement, analytics dashboard, and extended visibility. You may edit your business information (hours, photos, services, description) at any time via dashboard. Inaccurate or misleading listings may be removed without prior notice.

4. Job Postings & Applications

Employers must provide accurate salary, location, and role descriptions (e.g., "Electrician ₹20,000 P.A., Hyderabad"). Discrimination or misleading offers are strictly prohibited. Job seekers ("Seekers") may apply directly through the platform. GoJobInformation does not guarantee the authenticity of every employer or job listing. Users are encouraged to perform due diligence before accepting any job offer. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent job postings and suspend offending accounts.

5. Business Directory Rules

The "Business Owners Directory" features trusted local businesses across India. Businesses listed (including test accounts, Ammba bhavani, Sri Vigneshwara Professional, Dhanur Textiles, fruit shop, Aapu, sai kumar tours & travels, Spicy sensation, Dhanusree Biryani Point, K N G STOVE, Sv events, IMAX tent house, Pandit Poojalu Services, Eagle Dance school, Just Bake, Hindware, GLOLED, Packers & Movers, and others) are independent third parties. GoJobInformation does not endorse, warrant, or validate any products, services, or claims made by listed businesses. Users transact at their own risk. If you believe a listing violates applicable laws, please report it to support@gojobinformation.com.

6. Payments & Advertisements (₹1 Offer)

Advertisements can be purchased through our secure payment gateway. The "Advertise Your Business for Only ₹1!" promotion is valid for new advertisers for the first 7 days of campaign setup (standard campaign duration is 30 days). After the promotional period, standard rates apply as displayed on the dashboard. All payments are non-refundable except as required by Indian consumer law. By placing an ad, you grant GoJobInformation rights to use your logo, brand name, and description for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) post fraudulent job offers, pyramid schemes, or misleading salary information; (b) scrape, copy, or harvest directory data without written consent; (c) upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; (d) violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights; (e) post adult, illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content. Violation may lead to immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities. Fake reviews or artificial inflation of business ratings are strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, interface design, and platform code are owned by GoJobInformation. Content submitted by users (business descriptions, job posts, logos, images) remains the property of the user, but you grant GoJobInformation a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, promote, and distribute such content on the Platform and associated marketing channels. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact our designated copyright agent at legal@gojobinformation.com.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

“AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” DISCLAIMER: The Platform and all information (including salary data, job listings, business profiles) are provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoJobInformation disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall GoJobInformation be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity) exceeding ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees) or the amount you paid us in the prior 6 months, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for third-party links, offline meetings, transactions, or disputes arising from directory listings. Users are strongly advised to verify credentials, licenses, and insurance before hiring any professional (e.g., security services, electricians, tent houses, packers & movers, caterers).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mandatory arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Hyderabad in the English language.

11. Changes to the Terms

GoJobInformation may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be notified via website banner, email notification (for registered users), or platform announcement. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
